pollwiki - area specific domain names

It turns out this would be more difficult to implement than I'd hoped.
When the user was browsing around the wiki and the URL changed (as
when they left a given area's pages), so would the login state. To
illustrate, these are all valid URLs for the pollwiki, but only the
first one shows me as logged in:

  http://zelea.com/w/Wiki:Main_page
  http://u.zelea.com/w/Wiki:Main_page
  http://obsidian.zelea.com/w/Wiki:Main_page

Maybe there's a way to do it with Apache URL rewriting, or something,
but it seems like a messy solution. If a group really needs to have a
custom URL, then probably they should just deploy their own pollwiki:
http://zelea.com/project/outcast/dep.xht#mul

We don't support that yet, only because there's no firm demand. Until
there is, we might just name the reference pollwiki after the group or
organization that's most active, helpful and valuable to us.
