Its a fun idea somehow! But then the name of the prize will be changing 
constantly, which is strange. And also it is kind of a bit unfair to all 
the other contributers, isnt it? Why not call it something like "the 
open prize for e-democracy"? Open, because everybody can take part on 
both (all) sides.
