Voting System with Shares that can be used to Pay

We've been working on a similar scheme - used to be called the Viral
Academy - now the Decentralised Academy. It is not the same method, and
uses a softer time based currency that we are calling the Promise Fund -
but we'd love / be happy to work with a group and experiment with different
methodologies?
