(BUG) Diff links wrong after editing

After editing a draft, diff-bridge links still point to the old diff.
This affects the left link in the link track, and the top link in the
draft.  A probable workaround (untested) is to clear persisted state:

The fix is delayed while I code stage 2 rollout support, which Conseo
needs for his work.  http://zelea.com/project/outcast/dep.xht#mul
