(BUG) Old diff URLs for remote drafts are broken

Old diff URLs for remote drafts are broken.  Like here:
http://metagovernment.org/pipermail/start_metagovernment.org/2011-February/003624.html

The link fails.  The message won't harvest or show in the talk track.
It's because the old position revs have obsolete pointer syntax:
http://zelea.com/mediawiki/index.php?oldid=4025
http://zelea.com/mediawiki/index.php?oldid=4042

It's maybe a few hours to fix.  Should I fix it?
