Great all this.
Just one little addiction:
what are we going to do about questions that are not location based.
Most of questions on Vilfredo has really nothing to do with a place or another.
SHould we have an extra point for them. Maybe putting them in the
middle of the ocean or on Antartica?
How are we going to differentiate between questions in different languages?
