Hi Mike,

Here is the files you just have :
1. extract the files in a directory where you got rights
3. you will need those Perl modules installed :

Mail::Sendmail (not yet implemented)
LWP::Simple
LWP::UserAgent
HTTP::Cookies
Mediawiki::API

2 execute streetwikibot.pl like this under linux : ./streetwikibot.pl
3 you will find the xml file in the directory streetwiki
