Numeric domain names in user email addresses - bug

User email addresses with leading numbers in the domain name (like
thx at 1138.com) aren't handled in a consistent fashion. You can:

  a) Create an account for thx at 1138.com in the pollwiki
  b) Vote for thx at 1138.com by email address in the pollserver

But you cannot:

  c) Vote by username (Thx-1138Com)
  d) Navigate to Thx-1138Com in the tree:
     http://u.zelea.com:8080/v/w/Votespace?u=Thx-1138Com&p=Sys!p!sandbox

I'm working on a correction. In the meantime, please don't use
numeric domain names (we may have to erase them from the database).
