Echo Claims to Have Global Reach

Your right Thomas thank you..it must have been late at night and I cross
referenced some numbers...I will try to be more careful next time! [?]
I am still wandering through the projects. I like looking at them. I also
went to the Echo-Agora website. They claim to have a global reach.  Here is
a quote from their front page,
*"echo* provides the technological basis for an open, *participatory
democracy* on the local, regional and global level. Your voice finds here an
echo. Ideas turn into movements, visions into reality. echo means the *end
of powerlessness* and the *beginning of self-determination*." Sounds good.
Maybe it is just propaganda????? .http://www.echologic.org/
