Not direct democracy, not the rule of the people

Perhaps this will be a better way of stating my concern ...

As to any political issue, there are three kinds of people:

1) Those who are for the issue
2) Those who are against the issue
3) Those who are neither for nor against the issue

The first two of these have an interest in the outcome and are,
therefore, poor arbiters of the question.  The third group, who have
no interest are the only ones capable of making an unbiased decision
regarding the question.

Votorola does an excellent job of serving the first two kinds of
people.  What concerns me is that, so far, I've seen nothing that
serves the third.
