(BUG) Blank pollwiki pages with Internet Explorer 11

Based on your screenshot, I traced the fault to this MediaWiki bug:

I patched it.  I don't have IE11 to test the patch, but I spoofed the
UA string and it seems to be working.  When you've a moment, please
confirm the fix:

  1. Clear your 'temporary internet files'.  On English keyboards,
     that's shift-ctrl delete.
  2. http://zelea.com/w/Wiki:Privacy_policy

Is it still blank?  Or does it look OK?
