(BUG) Minor layout glitches in talk HUD

Hey Conseo,

Minor bug here: http://zelea.com/project/votorola/home.html
Hover over the talk track so bubble appears.  If you set a smaller
font size (at least in Firefox), you'll see glitches where the talk
pointer joins the bubble.  I guess there are still some 'em'
positionings in there somewhere.

Also the pointer sits under the cursor, not adjacent as in mockup:

Adjacent looks better, if you agree.

BTW - I fixed the z-index problem with the home page, and committed
the new home page to trunk.
