Universal models as issues for practice development

It's tedious work and it starts to feel futile.  Not sure why, but
tedium cannot be analyzed...  there's nothing more to learn from it.

The problem now is to find either (1) a more compelling issue on which
to start a new baseline; or (2) an existing baseline that doesn't put
me to sleep like this one, or the US constitution; or (3) an entirely
different approach aside from baselines.
