Server upgrade

Most of havoc.zelea.com (mail server, dev server) is now upgraded,
except the dev/test pollwiki is still down for a while.

Obsidian (zelea.com) will be down roughly from 1400 to 1600 UTC for a
backup, and will then return.  The remainder of its upgrade is
postponed till Sunday the 18th by request.
