[BUG] Pollname is deselected if position page is empty

True.  And with no poll, the vote track doesn't show:

In addition to parsing the URL, we'd have to confirm there really is a
poll named "Tor/p/w19c".  The form of the name doesn't tell us because
poll names can have almost any form.

Currently it relies on page content to classify positions.

Maybe 2 days work.  I vote to wait, unless there are problems.
