I want to point out that while I do have issues with the accessibility  
of making a proposal, I think the work you guys have done so far on  
the drafting tools is fantastic. It too still needs some more  
explanation to be more readily understandable by the uninitiated, but  
the underlying technology is simply great. Kudos!
