Before we go further, please consider what I suggested a few days ago:
http://groups.google.com/group/votorola/t/ac317abfed721768
I suggested this process:

 1. Do your best to read the architectural sketches that I listed:
    http://zelea.com/project/autonomy/content.xht
Section I only. Don't sweat it, just do your best.

 2. Explain what facility you propose to develop. Draw a sketch on a
paper napkin, ideally from the user's perspective (I assume you're
thinking of front-end functions). In particular, list the new
functions you intend to provide at the front end.

 3. Together we discuss where your facility fits in the architecture
and what you'll need in the way of back-end services, including
any new services that have yet to be developed.

 4. Together we prototype the new facility, you at the front end and I
at the back end. Once we have a rough alpha prototype (with all
the wires and plumbing in place) and it tests OK, then we can
invite in a larger group of alpha users to help us beautify the
place (putting up the wallpaper, hanging the pictures, etc) and
eventually bring it up to beta standards.

What do you think? Isn't this a reasonable suggestion, a good way of
working together?
