The zelea.com servers are being relocated.  Mail and Web services
(including wiki and voteserver) will go down on Thursday December 2nd.
I hope to have them up and running again by Tuesday the 7th.

I won't be moderating the list during this period.  If anyone new
posts a message, it may be delayed till I come back online.
