Ugliest of the usability problems

You probably mean the position symbol, right? But this becomes 
clickable, when you are on the Votorola-side in the vote-space. If you 
click any name in the tree or rank-list and then this symbol it leads 
you to the position of this voter. Or are there other symbols too?
