Ok, I understand the url-names for Cities. Dresden will be 

http://u.zelea.com/wiki/DD (every city in Germany has such an official abbreviation (B-Berlin, HH-Hamburg, M-Munich, ...). But what should the urls be for Germany itself or Saxony e.g.?
