Keep me logged in

I just finished coding a persistant login facility (keep me logged in)
for the pollserver, like that of the pollwiki.

If you already tried it in the last couple of days, you'll still have
to re-login next time (the code's changed).  Thereafter, it should be
good indefinitely.  (Actually it expires in about two weeks, if you
don't visit the pollserver at all.)

This makes email login more convenient.  If you remember to check
"Keep me logged in", you won't have to go through the authentication
process a second time.
